Are any of your products made by original designers?
A. All of our products are original creations.
Q. What are my payment options?
A. We accept Visa, MC, & American
Express.
Q. Do you charge Sales Tax?
A. Since we are headquartered
in New York, only orders shipped to New York addresses
are charged 8.375% sales tax. Sales tax is not
applicable to orders shipped to states outside
of New York.
Q. Are all items handmade?
A. Our accessories are designed
and handcrafted by the artisans in Morocco, India,
the United States and beyond. The utmost care
is taken to select quality products and merchandise.
We offer merchandise made from top quality materials
that look and feel natural.
Q. Do you offer a mail order
catalog?
A. Since our inventory is constantly
updated online and our products are of a unique
handmade quality we choose not to have too many
duplicates. As a result, we do not provide mail
order catalogs. However, you may sign up for our
Mailing List and we'll keep you informed of new
arrivals, special promotions, and upcoming events.
Q. How long will it take to receive
my order?
A. Most items are shipped within
24-48 hours of receiving your order (excluding
weekends and holidays). Any shipping delays will
be communicated as quickly as possible.
Q. Do you accept international
orders?
A. At the present time, we only
ship within the continental U.S.
Q. Is your website secure?
A. We offer you the advantage
of placing your order online via secure servers
and encryption. Our shopping cart features 128-bit
encryption, offering you the highest standard
in internet security.

Most in stock products are shipped via Fed Ex
Ground within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
If the products are not in stock, we will contact
you via email as quickly as possible. The receipt
of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute
the acceptance of an order nor a confirmation
of an offer to sell. A Small Token, Inc. reserves
the right, without prior notification, to limit
the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service
to any customer. Additionally, verification of
information may be required prior to the acceptance
of any order.
*Note* If the shipping address
provided is not the same as the billing address,
your order may be delayed. Please notify your
credit card issuing bank to add the shipping address
as an alternative address (in addition to the
billing address) in order to expedite payment
processing.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return the item(s)
for an exchange or a store credit. Exchanges will
be for an item of comparable style and value and
most likely will not be the exact same item you
ordered. We ask that all returned items be sent
in their original packaging with tags attached
within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to the handmade quality of our merchandise
any variations naturally found in the color or
the leather, silk or textile itself contributes
to the beauty of the products and are not considered
to be defective.
Please include a copy of your invoice along with
the reason for the return. Merchandise that is
returned after the 7 day grace period or without
an invoice or receipt may not be accepted. All
returns must be sent via Fed Ex or USPS registered
mail for signature verification. Final approval
of any return is based upon receipt and inspection
of the product by A Small Token, Inc. Please note
that monetary refunds are not permitted however
we will be happy to extend you an online store
credit towards future purchases.
